Payment methods
The company provides the following possibilities for the payment of orders:
Α. Pay on delivery
It is possible to pay for an order in cash, either to the employee of the cooperating courier company, or to the employee of the company, provided that the order does not exceed the amount of 100 euros.
Important Information: According to article 69 par. 2 Law 4446/2016 (Government Gazette: A240-22.12.2016), we inform you that, for retail purchases over 500 euros, cash payment is not allowed. Payment must be made using a credit or debit card or other means of electronic payment.
Cash on delivery is charged with the amount of 1.80 euros which corresponds to cash on delivery costs and is not possible for orders sent outside Greece as well as for orders in which the shipment with a Transport Agency has been selected.
Β. Debit / Credit Card
To pay for an order using a credit or debit card, the card number, expiration date, holder name and three-digit security number (CVV / CVC / CVV2) are required through the Paypal system or if you have a Paypal account, transfer immediately your existing data.
The company in no case retains bank card details. In case the customer chooses to pay for the order using a credit or debit card, then it is automatically transferred to a secure online environment under the responsibility of Paypal where he enters his card details.
C. Bank deposit
It is possible to pay for an order by direct bank deposit in one of the following bank accounts maintained by the company:

The bank commission and the transfer costs are borne exclusively by the depositor.
In this case, the order will be executed after the company becomes aware of the deposit.
For the best service, the customer with the realization of the deposit, should send to the company via e-mail to the address: info@minoansecete.com, the deposit receipt with his name and order number.
The deposit must be completed within three working days from the completion of the order. Otherwise the order will be canceled automatically.
Charges outside Greece
Cash on delivery is not supported for shipments outside Greece. Expenses for the purchase and transfer of products and their transfer abroad must be paid in advance by credit card or remittance deposit to the account of hippocreta.com
Shipments to destinations outside the Greek territory, regardless of the value of the order, are charged with shipping costs according to the current price list of the Hellenic Post (www.elta.gr) and depend on the weight of the parcel and the country of destination.
